The Phantom of Heilbronn

This is a case which dominates the media here for a couple of days now:

Police has been searching for a misterious woman since 1993 all over europe. She is alleged to have commited around 40 crimes in France, Germany and Austria. Her DNA was found on all the crime scenes but that really was the only connection after all. Just recently she was linked to a murder case in Heilbronn, a town in south- west germany, where a young police officer was shot.

Investigators were groping in the dark about the who and why for quite some time, since the felonies seemed to be so random. The “Woman without face” as she was also called, was said to be involved in everthing from breaking into summer houses to high class murder. Doesn’t make sense to you? Well, after a while it didn’t to the police either.

Some clever dude had the idea to double check the DNA sample. And guess what – after using another cotton bud her DNA wasn’t there anymore.

As it seems for now, the producing company didn’t work cleanly enough and all the q-tips were contaminated with external DNA! Probably it was from a harmless and innocent lady working at the company. Of course all the felonies have to be investigated again. Well, seems like that at least some policemen do not have to be afraid of running out of work these days……..

About me – How to introduce yourself

Today the wordpress statistics told me that the most visitors to this blog clicked on the about section. Well fair enough, you guys want to whom you’re dealing with. So i figured it was somewhat disappointing to find only some meaningless phrases…… Time to change that

So how do you introduce yourself? Unfortunately i am not one of those witty persons who are able to come up with the moste astute and sharp- sighted statements you can imagine and manage it to break it all down in two words. Therefore, i thought it’d work best for me if i just give you some key words. Something like “25 Useless facts about me” in order for you to get the whole picture.

Hello world!

Here I am. Kind of had the stupid idea today to set up my own blog. You ask why? Well basically just out of pure boredom. I went out yesterday with some guy i barely knew, got pretty drunk and felt unable to move out of the house today. After surfing through the net the whole day and watching reality tv shows i figured i could do my own reality blog show. I am just interested in what is going to happen, if i do get any responses whatsoever.

I am not sure where i want to go with this blog, i just give it a try. There are some really good ones out there which i follow and i think it’s really exciting that you can read about thoughts and feelings from somebody somewhere in the world. So world, here i am, your somebody.
